Looks like that come out of an HP Server aye? Not many motherboards can take ECC DDR2

I've got 4Gb of it and I'm only using 2Gb, so I dont really want the other 2Gb.

Would be fine if your mother board will take it. If it can you should be able to turn off ECC in the bios, which for a games machine I would.
