As you can guess I'm on a budget trying to get the family pc up and running again after a slow death over Xmas-I'm just guessing but I suspect a bulging capacitor isn't a good thing

Wanted: 370 socket motherboard suitable for 1.2Ghz Celeron
Does anyone have one of these lying around gathering dust somewhere? Needs to be capable of taking Tuatalin 370 pin 1.2 Ghz cpu with the ability to overclock the fsb a notch or two (maybe up to 133mhz?),at least one usb port and an agp slot would be a bonus
