Has anyone still got the game, and are keen for a bit of a cane for old times sake?

I was thinking of running a meeting one weeknight in December, post in this thread if you are keen.

For a change lets try running the new physics in the cars. Dirt and I have spoken and he is keen to give them a run online with a view to cranking things up again

yep I'm in for this.

And yes to the new physics engine too. I am sure if asked we can load the required files onto the inspire files server for those intending to race so they can download them. If not, then I will make space available on mine.

Any day this month except 7th December, final night of the NASCAR rookie league, an enduro on a track that a stockcar would not look out of place on

great news Ford Perfect really really pleasing to hear can you give us a date basil?
by the way hows things going with the Stockcar mod for r factor maybe you should put your head together with unbound as he has been busy looking at doing a saloon mod

workin on it as we speak Marty

Progress is slow cause I'm basically havin to learn 3D modelling as I go..............but It'll get there

4000 polys with the wing and body to go so poly limit shouldn't be a prob and I've buit it with 4 lods in mind to get good frame rates

Cars with modded physics are done and ready to go rippin in.

Just need somewhere to upload the zip. You will need to adjust your setups to somewhere closer something you would run in the real world (might explain why Marty is so bleedin fast in these things). So get ready to slip n slide a little bit more and you will need to pick your hits abit more carefully. If you line someone up and get it wrong it could be race over as you watch your wheel roll down the track lol

For ease of getting the meeting up and running, I was thinking more of just running the mod as is.

But if everyone wants to run the new physics then we can do that?
