hey sorry to start a new thread but i dont no how to upload replay to the forum and cant find anywere on how to do it.

try putting the replay file in a rar and upload that possibly?

On topic please

right click on a blank spot in your heat replays folder and click new then new winrar archive. Name it whatever you want then click and drag the files you want to put in it to the icon, it should copy them and then your done. Might pay to test it out by extracting the files yourself.
