every time i try open the game i get to the end of realdrivers/teamscars swapper thing i get an error message c\that comes up saying, The procedure entry point WSAProviderConfigChange could not be located in the dynamic link library WS2_32.dll.
then it shuts it down. could some body please if they know how tell me how to fix this?

that error has nothing to do with heat
you have a winsock problem.
what version/service pack of windows are you running?
