converting .rpl(repalys)to .wmv

can this be done convert the .rpl (replays) to .wmv?

1. Get a full version of Fraps.
2. Open up the replay in NHeat.
3. Video record fraps and play your replay.
4. Then open up Windows Movie Maker (WMM).
5. Import the video and edit the bits you like, add a title, etc. (be creative unlike Inspector

).
6. Export the video as .WMV and hopefully it is a quite small size (5mb and under) and upload it to something like ZippyVideos.

That is the way I did my poleline video - apart from the fact I did an Inspector and made a plane video!!!
