COD4 - Punkbuster help

i haven't had this problem before then a few days ago i got it i thought i fixed it EG: last night the game was running wicked without any problems and just now the problem is back

hopefully theres something to help lol

PS Hawkins retired last night as i beat him in a few rounds lol one down a few people to go lol

Yeah I had some problems with this too. It seems just updating doesn't work.
What I did is unistalled punkbuster, restarted computer then reinstalled and restarted again.
I havent had problems again so far.

Also it might help to have a quick read here.

I've had the same troubles before, I just went here :

updated what I needed and was ready to go again

b4 i start game i go into...cod4/pb/pbsetup and run the setup...select cod4 to update! & voilla.
not kicked during a game anymore...
