I've been waiting 2 hours for the activation email with the product key in it :(

signed up and got mine in about 60 seconds (last night) Johnny and I having a bit of a play with it this morning and looking rather cool.....Dogs = >_<

yeah, the dogs are kinda cool actually. At least they can't wall hax like the choppers do in CoD4

Ugmo if its for PC go to your account "my account" on the main page and it will have the keycode in there somewhere.
My activation email didnt have the keycode.

Yeah i do Sas, Aaron was saying i've got the same problem as a few other people have so i may just have to wait untill the official realease. >_<

Well the black screen issue is quite wide spread. On the Callofduty.com forums, the one of many threads on there about it has 16 pages of complaints about it and still no solution.

Also for some other problems there is a "known issues" part in the readme

Was doing the same for me, although I'm on XP not Vista. Fixed the problem by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Esc and there was a popup from my firewall asking if I wanted to unblock the game. Works fine now but your problem is probably a bit different.
