CoD5 Problem

Hey guys ive installed the game and when i try go into singleplayer/co-op i get the CoD5 logo then a black screen and thats all. I can't Alt+Ctrl+Del out or anything and have to restart the pc.
Ive downloaded and installed the 1.1 patch but still having the same problem.

Any help appreiciated.

I sometimes get that. Basically leave it blank and go get yourself a cup of Joe. By the time you have that it should be up and running.

thanks sas even though i couldnt find a cup of joe it still worked. looks like i have to wait a while everytime i wanna play
