well after being away from games for like 15months due to dailup etc i'm back i have just installed COD4 what else do i need patches etc? as i'm looking to get back into this (just something away from racing every night)

Latest Patch from memory is 1.7

Yeah you need patches 1.5-1.6 then patch 1.6-1.7 and you'll be good as gold _b

Found 1.6-1.7 but cant find 1.5-1.6? Is there anywere else to get these patchs from?

As soon as you install CoD4 to your PC you only need to download the 1.6 patch (282mb) and the 1.6-1.7 patch (30mb)

I did a re-install to my PC about 3 days ago due to PC issues and I just installed 1.6 and 1.6-1.7 patches and I'm good to go on all servers apart from the ones that run version 1.0 of the game. _b
