Looks good, thanks for the link Maniak
Three months after showing us the last two of rFactor 2 screenshots, Image Space Incorporated has released a bunch of new preview material of their upcoming simulation.
The previews show the flexibility of the engine as several forms of motorsport are portrayed, including a Kart race, a vintage Formula Car at Spa Francorchamps and a Renault hillclimb car. Furthermore, we get to see first evidence of the highly anticipated weather feature in rFactor 2, showing a car racing on a wet track.
rFactor 2 will give the modding community a new and powerful base to work with, including often requested features like weather, driver animations, improved modeling of track bumps and much more.

Re: rFactor 2 - first screenshots
There has been questions raised about rF2 and your PC requirements, apparently Dual Core etc....but not true as what I've found posted up on another forum, it also mentions the release for rF2 maybe May, June or July......just have to sit back wait and be patient.
"rF2 doesn't require Quad Core CPU.. It just utilizes Dual and Quad Cores unlike rF1.. rF1 requires you to alter your rFactor.exe target with the +fullproc, but even with that, it still doesn't utilize the full potential of the Dual and Quad Core systems. rF2 system requirements are higher then rFactor, but not by much. rFactor 2 also has a better GMotorTools system, it's given the ability to have more Poly's in game, w/o needing more CPU/GPU and Memory capabilities. Also the use of True Dynamic Shadows eliminates a lot of un-needed poly's in Car Modeling, as we no longer need to make Shadow Boxes!!! "
