so was i daveo, until EvilKarl (Ausfactor) had it deleted. i was on the modding team for AusModders. i started making the drag cars as you know, called it Ausmodders Drag Racing. EvilKarl decides he'd like the name changed and suggested i use Dragfactor. he wanted Ausmodders Drag Racing for his own reasons. i contacted RFC for ages asking them to change the name of the mod to Dragfactor, but it was never changed, it was about the time RFC went real quiet and simraceway came on the scene, then i split with Ausmodders and not long afterwards EvilKarl told RFC that no one was working on the mod anymore and they could delete it.

RFC were questioned about it and said that EvilKarl was considered a 'reliable' source so they deleted it. even though i tried for months to get the name changed. i set theFC page up myself and was down as the admin for the mod. but that didn't make any difference. i can't even get the front page text back as that had all the people i need to thanks for the mod.

but now we have our own home and loving every minute of it.

Hey Guys...

OzLoUdy here... One of the DragFactor Admins and also TeamOz Admins.

For those of you that don't know me, I am a fulltime motorsport commentator in Oz and I work at Willowbank Raceway in QLD - Oz and I also commentated Powercruise NZ at Taupo Motorsport Park in November 09.

The DragFactor mod is going to be THE MOD of 2010 for Drag Racing enthusiasts so make sure you check out http://www.dragfactor.net for ALL the latest info and to have a look at the Aussie Doorslammer models that have been created so far.

I'm also trying to talk Angus into doing 3 x NZ Doorslammer models as well including Mark Bardsley's Camaro, Chris Tynan's 55 Chev and Ross Taylor's 57 Chev (ex Sarkis car from Oz)

An update from the guys at Drag Factor is they are having an issue with one car to get ready for the Beta Testers to do there stuff......so hang in there all you adrenalin junkies with the rest of the thousands and it shouldn't be too far away.

Just caught up with OzRacin from Dragfactor and it's great to hear about the progress of this mod which is still being tested by the Beta testers.

I've noticed on their forum that Meremere Dragway is currently WIP so that'll be awesome.

Still work in progress Humble mate, just seen some of the Top Fuel cars and skin that has been produced.
