Anyone playing/planning on getting TDU2?

I remember with the original TDU we had a few here get it and play it a bit online and form a KSR Club, would be good to do the same with TDU2. TDU2 has expanded a lot on TDU and has fixed many of the issues that the original had and this one runs a lot more smoothly.

If you aren't familiar with TDU, its basically a MMORG (Massive multiplayer Online Racing Game). Think Need for speed, in that you have a large city you can free roam in (Except TDU2 is FAR Bigger - it would take a good couple hours drive to get around the whole island which there are 2 of) and there are races etc scattered around the island, as you progress you get faster cars etc etc.

But theres also the online component, where you are always online. So while your free roaming, there are other online drivers sharing the roads with you etc. You can set up online races, co op battles, or just cruise through the island through some stunning scenery in a convoy etc, there is even a Casino DLC to play blackjack, roulette etc with others online.

If theres enough interest, I will get a KSR Club up and going and we can go from there.

Been playing this for about a week now done 370km in ma nissan :P havnt even gt round the first map yet and yer the open world is pretty cool you got people all over the world roaming with you quiet cool

I have it too. I speant most of yesterday driving around getting all of the wrecks in both islands.
The Daytona Cobra is cool to drive and sounds good.

If we have enough drivers I can start up a club...but we need to start racing other clubs to get money and points.
Initially we can only have 8 in the club but once a certaim amount of points had been reached we can let more in.
However I don't want to start it if we either get a few in or the racing stops after a week or so.
And yes we can challenge SCU!

Aren't we all! I spent around 7 hours yesterday driving around with Rifty unlocking roads, finding wrecks and taking photos...
I have the wreck locations for 3 out of the 4 wrecks on Hawaii Danman if you need them.

EDIT: Worth Getting? If everyone is going to be playing this for at least a few months I will consider the purchase but if it's a 3 or 4 week game I might give it a miss.
