I'm not sure if there are any resident drifters on this forum, but if you haven't found it already http://www.rfactorcentral.com/ will get you pretty much any kind of track you want real or imagined. As for a good drifting track, maybe something twisty with lots of slow corners?
I can't really give you any drifting tips, but to do it properly you'll want G25/G27 wheel so you can use all the steering lock , if you don't already have one.
