Simraceway S1 Wheel Announced
Here's a wheel that has throttle and brake on the wheel... not foot controls.
Not sure about this although I had a hand twist throttle on the old PS1 and that was good.

There are a lot of disabled people out there Rocket, and this will be perfect for someone keen on Sim racing who doesn't have the use of thier legs.

I have a friend who knows a guy with no legs, he has been using a Momo wheel to race (not online though) using the paddles for brake and throttle. Not ideal as the paddles are on of off, which makes it hard, but he's racing so it's all gray
