Hey All,

I have a server up connection speed is sorted and it's running HX 1.9 with a few select tracks.
Have also got Hotlaps setup which I will post results or a link to the page later if people jump on and want to see some times for the various cars on tracks

Look for HX 1.9 is Matchmaker - 8 lap races Server uses same IP as below

Hotlaps are here
http://203.109.248.125:27012/rFactorHotlaps (will customise later)

Server will stay on

Cheers

Did a couple of laps on your server Drak. Used the LM Vette and GT40.

Couldn't get around without hitting the walls and ripping a tyre off :larf:

Will have to try later. _b

has anyone got a reasonable setup for the Camero?
Reason being is that I can't see to drive it. I find on almost every corner that it understeers through past the apex and it's only when the corner is over that I can get it to oversteer and drift my way out.....the Mustang is another thing altogether beast, awesome fun, but I'd really like the ole Chev to do that, kind of like Stubbers Camero

Brad, you have to Tip these cars into the turn nice and early, get off the throttle as it turns in then give it some gas to bring the tail into line and drive it on through... it's all in the throttle mate.

...and turn in well before the corner!
I have tried the Camaro and it is fairly stable. However it doesn't turn in as easily as the other cars but you can still do some quick laps.

You can also try soften the front slow bump and stiffen the rear slow rebound. Try reducing the front by 2 and the rear by 1.

These cars can be driven sideways through corners and still keep the speed up. Have a look at Papaosa from ORA driving the firebird. Great stuff here.

If I can break away from the family thing I'll be a starter. Do you have the Silverstone 70 track? Great for the Trans Am _b

Hey,

I have a server running again on le Mans '77 entitled Ford vs Ferrari.

All Ferrari's, Cobra's and GT40's are available if anyone is interested.

Oldie, you welcome to post up on ORA if you'd like, I may try jump on thursday.

I am also going to try and stream some racing to livestream so I have a second PC conncted as a spectator, mostly for my my interest. Just got to work out how to "automate the cameraman".

GT40 is easier to drive! More fun than the GT1's :)

They ruined the Cobra and made it frikkin difficult to drive! Still a blast though :)

Slowly getting to grips with the GT40, managed a 4.15 last night, which for me is quick :D
