SP2 has been released :D

Inspire Local Link (Full version @ 1.4gig) http://files.ksr.net.nz/rfactor/mods/En ... ES_rF1.exe - Reccomended on fresh install of rFlite.

EnduRacers Modding Team is proudly releasing the Service Pack 2 dedicated to the Endurance Series mod for rFactor. This package is the last release of the team on the rFactor platform.

The introduction of 2 cars adds to the existing grids more diversity. The Lamborghini Murcielago is a great addtion to the GT1 class, a new opponent for the Aston Martin, Corvette and Saleen monsters. On his side, the Oreca FLM09 has become in the last 2 years an important figure of the ALMS and LMS grids, allowing young drivers to perform on the highest level possible. In the mod, the car will allow you to learn the prototype driving, can it be during Oreca FLM races, or integrated in full Endurance Series races.

Thanks Mega for the Disc Rifty...

Lambo mmmm baby.. a bit of tuning I find to get it to match the vette outta the box, at Mid Ohio at least....

Vette don't sound like its going quick but it eats up ground so effortessly....

If ya set up a server at some stage keen to do some testing mate, could be a serious alternative to nagt 1.6 (if new version not as good as hoped)

Gotta install NAGT 1.6 and test that also, I loved the Camaro before so will soon see what gives with the latest version.

Assuming we have plenty of time as Historix 1.9+ will be next league maybe

I tested the Lambo first since it is the new car... and loved it straight away... great sounds.. great feel.. did I mention the sounds?? I also think it is a tad quicker than the Corvette, or so it seemed when testing it... and so it looks on the ORA hotlaps testing for the big series this year.
Dementia... isn't a Hollywood fantasy movie starring Mickey Mouse, apparently.

After a play this afternoon (thanks for the server bk) I'm loving SP2 more than SP1.
The models are stunning, and the physics are even better!!

The times between the 3 cars I tried are in the .100 to .300 area to each other per lap.

Lambo is fast, stable and sounds great.
Corvette was .300 faster, but a little more of a handfull.
Saleen was very stable, sounds just magic, but was .100 slower than the Lambo

That's on default, so setup could change all that
Each has it's advantage, yet return lap times so close the racing is just brilliant. :D

Removed NAGT 1.6 for this, and man was that the right choice _b _b :D

Loving the GT1 cars but me not quick enuff :D

Gonna test some GT2, maybe both classes in a future league..issue with porchs needs a fix

Worth a look ALL, leaves NAGT 1.6 in the dust, not as good as Historix (best thing since sliced fruitbread) _b _b _b

The Porsche 997 GMT windscreen error is an easy fix.
The mod requires a fresh install, not just adding SP2 to your previous Enduraces install. (this is how I fixed mine)

The problem is the 1.1 patch that was released in May 2011 added the wiper in cockpit view for the 997 Porsche. I didn't have it, and I assume most don't either.

Without that in first the SP2 patch will return the Porsche 997 windcreen GMT error.

rFlite install.
Install V1
Install SP1 (v1SP1)
Install 1.1 Update (SP1.1Patch)
Install SP2 Patch

or if you don't have the V1, SP1 and the 1.1 patch files ...... download and install the full version Enduracers_ES_rF1.exe (1.45 GB)
(v1, SP1 and SP2 included)

I'd strongly suggest a fresh rFLite install using Endurance Series - rF1 FULL version (v1, SP1 and SP2 included) from the download link.

To test, grab a 997 GT2 Porsche, start a offline testing session and load up a track, if you hear a "bong" noise (assuming the error box doesn't show) and the track stops loading you have the error, hit enter and exit the game. Then do the fresh install.

Sorted _b

I'll have the server up over the weekend.

I like the GT2 cars and would look at one for a series race.

did a few laps last night with the Corvette and Gordon in the DBR9.

On super soft tyres we mangaed 30 laps before Gordon blew a tyre hit the hay bale ripping a wheel off :larf:
Both cars had tyres on red 2 squares min and still doing 1.21.xx laps. The DBR9 went through the fronts quicker and the Corvette used up the rears.

The grip levels were still good throughout the stint although the Corvette needed nursing out of the corners, otherwise the back let go real quick :B

Massive thanks to Riven and Inspire for this.

It's very reccomended to download the full version above and add this to a fresh rFlite install or you might have errors loading the 997 Porsche.
