HistorX server up

Thanks to Riven, we have the server set to HistorX 1.95 with all cars available.

The track is Pukekohe but can be changed on vote in the game or drop a note here and it'll get done.

I'll look at doing some fun runs on Tue night if anyone is interested.

Yep but also download this one file as well and place inside the manfeild main folder - rFactor\GameData\Locations\MANFEILD
