VR Concepts League - Season Two - Race Two - MichiganBR

Post by GarethRobinson » Tue Aug 16, 2005 8:25 pm

NZ NASCAR - VR CONCEPTS LEAGUE - RACE TWO - MICHIGAN BR

DRIVER INFORMATION

* The track can be downloaded at SimRacerHQ
* The race will be 50 laps (25% full race distance)
* For those racing in the InSPire.net League afterwards, Riven has a suggestion regarding aids:
Riven wrote:For those racing in both the VRC and InSPire Net leagues I suggest you check the following setting.

In your NASCAR options go to the 'controls' screen, and hit 'advanced'. Turn Steering Assistance down to 0%

If you run in the VRC league, it'll assist your steering, then when you join the InSPire Net league, it wont, and that'll screw your knowledge of how the car handles..

Thought i'd mention this again, as quite a few people said on vent how their cars felt wrong/different in each league.
* Drivers wishing to have their points scored towards the VR Concepts League Championship must be registered to the league at the SimRacerHQ website by the start of practice (1830). Drivers not registered are welcome to race, but their points gained will not count.
* If you are having any problems with your connection to the InSPire.net server, please let us know. Some changes have been made to the server settings so that more cars can be seen.

TIMES

1830 - Practice Starts
1930 - Qualifying (2 laps)
1935 - Race expected to start

THE POINTS

The points have been revised at SimRacerHQ. Ian leads, followed by RedValient and Daza.

lol, what a nasty start...

Sorry I couldn't race a full one tonight, parents dropped in to see the new house and I wasn't "allowed to be rude and ignore them" ;p

Will see you all at Thunder Bay! _b

Remember the results above are adjusted to remove those who are ineligible for points.

Does the name Zero Jackson have any meaning? You are listed in the analysis where Zero Jackson is listed in the results.
