Official practise tonight, kick off not that far away. For the most part its a test of the server/NRTV and replay dumping... We'll run a few 20 lappers maybe a little longer so everyones in the groove. :)

It's important that every realises that the main event is fast approaching and tonights practise is just to finalise everything and test it all out. A lot of efforts gone into this deal and the smoother it runs next week the more fun we'll all have.

Remember guys, 40 trucks is a hell of a traffic jam, especially at 190Mph.

If you haven't uploaded your truck file, do it as soon as humanly possibly, YOU will look like a right royal turkey if nobody knows which side you're on. Please also note, as everyones going to be racing amongst a bunch of mostly strangers (some of us a little less strange), play nice and give everyone enough racing room, the real race after all is next week.

Thanks all, see ya's on the track.

Saturday 26th Feburary.

In case anyone else doesnt know why the can't join the race with the ip from the first post, you need to have the port :41100 on the end of your ip.

Good news guys, we will be racing on the Inspire server this race as the Aussies dont think their server is up to it.
No, he didnt slam into you, he didnt bump you, he didnt nudge you, he rubbed you, and rubbing son, is racing.

Er, Flyboy, can you please edit that post... :) We believe you guys should host for the good of the race. Our server's not been tested ever with 40 racers, but has served us well for all manner of competitions.

The server performance has been a touchy issue for the past 24 hours, we own it and pay for our own bandwidth, you guys don't know how lucky you've got it... :) Lets hope you never get to find out.

Yep that's true we do have it pretty good over here server wise etc.

Lots of individuals and companies to thank for that and probably a good reason why the race sim scene over here is flourishing.

Can someone please send me through the server details again? Just to make sure they're right for tonights practise... Also details for Saturday, such as no password? Exact NZ starting time etc...

I wouldn't expect a huge Aussie turnout tonight, as we're all in different time zones, but we'll do our best. See ya's on the track.

Thanks,

HITMAN.

There's more guys pulling out over at asrg.

Hi Guys

Just got back from aholiday in Cairns

Just like to thanks the Kiwis who turned up to last Thursday's practice

Had a ball racin you guys..good clean fun

I was in second for a fair bit so if it was me who tagged ya..sorry

The game some times records a hit on one players machine while the other drivers game shows nothing..had a look at my replay..we were close but no touch my end but yes we need to keep a bit more room between us :>

The Australian team needs some paccy :Puke: to fine tune itself so as we speak im working on it

Looking forward to Saturday night

cheers

Well that's thinking positive Bazz.. If you think like that it is going to happen.

You should be trying to help the rookie's with advice, feedback and hell even a little support.
