SimTV's coverage of Nocturnal Creations Race 3 & 4

Post by Prometheus » Wed Feb 09, 2005 9:39 am

...is now released. And thanks to the very kind folks at simracerhq.co.nz , you can find it here.

This time, I've gone for a hi-res version. It's encoded at 3mbps, compared to the usual 1.2mbps, so the file size is big. Very big. 100mb for 4'10", 640x480 res at 25fps, Windows Media format.

If people don't like the file size, I will have it removed and go with the more compressed version which is a mere 48mb. But please let me know.

For those whose skins I have wrong I apologise now - I have simply downloaded all the skins from simracerhq, and copied them into my directory. Why it works for some skins and not for others I don't know, plus not everyone has an example image at simracerhq for me to double check... But due to the number of skins and videos to make, if there's a problem it generally falls into the too hard basket to spend time trying to fix :D

Enjoy, and thank god it's Wednesday !
