There are ways to gain time by cutting the track here, the Crash Committee will look at this through the replay's and if they see blatant repeat offenders the Crash Committee may impose penalties or even DQ you from that race . For simplicity, through all corners keep 2 wheels on the race track.
(The ripple strips/curbs are NOT the race track)

Last round and there are only 2 points in it between Gav and Hugh for the overall win. Closest I've seen the top 2 for a long time

Wow, that was a lot of fun those 2 races. Pity I lost my composure in the last one.
I have to admit in all my racing (in the real world) my heart has never pounded out my chest like it does in this. Bizarre.
Thanks guys for putting up with a newbie. I am sure my lines aren't quite what you are used to but i'm getting there....
Was a great series and really enjoyed it. Thanks to Gilby for talking me into and through getting involved and setup
Hopefully I can talk my nephew in to joining us as well.......i'm not sure I would enjoy a field of 40+ but 20 odd sounds about right.....(to me at least).
Anyway I look forward to the next one!!
Mark.

Out of curiosity Gav, what was your actual pace if fuel wasn't a constraint?

Not sure, didn't think I could have done a low 1:07, probably mid to high 07's. But that's with full fuel load, no slip streaming and longer gear set.
