NASCAR Racing 2003 Season
Planning on bring this back for a few laughs, and if it gets enough people maybe a league or two.
For those that are happy installing and patching:-
http://files.ksr.net.nz/nascar2003/NR2003.7z
Extract and run the setup, then patch it, and copy over the NoCD
EDIT: You'll now also need this file (Enables Craftsman Trucks) http://files.ksr.net.nz/nascar2003/pwf_cts.exe
Serial key provided by Vivendi for those that have lost their key:-
RAB2-RAB2-RAB2-RAB2-8869
It will allow you to install, but wont work on the SierraNet servers.. shame
Helpful links:-
NR2003 & Win 7 (Most of you will need to do this) - http://simnascar.wordpress.com/fab-shop ... -windows7/
Graphics Tweaking for maximum quality: http://srmz.net/index.php?showtopic=7160
There is a server you can join via DirectIP : 203.114.130.10 (usual password)
Vanilla server running Talladega & Bristol Night for now.

That was pretty cool tonight... Although once you lose the pack there there is some work to be done.

Re: NASCAR Racing 2003 Season
I presume you did DEP thing?.... Console Prompt (right click run as adminsitrator) and ran:-Sulley wrote:Turn of notification via Control Panel?
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
Remember to reboot afterwards.
If its still crashing, make sure you start NR2003.exe with XP compatability mode enabled, and possible "run as adminsitrator" also.
This is all I had to do, though I disabled UAC the moment I installed Win7
To turn off UAC.

Re: NASCAR Racing 2003 Season
Turning off UAC and then removing DEP seems to have done the trick, cheers
