NZrFL:31 KSRetro Round2 - Ruapuna
Race Night Format:
8:00pm server rolls
8.55pm Drivers Briefing on TS (no cars on the track please)
9.00pm Race Start
3 x Races - Pits Open
Race 1 - 30 minute with pitstop
Race 2 - 20 minute with compulsory Drivethru
Race 3 - 15 minute sprint
All races have a 75% DNF threshold - no points if you don't get to that race percentage - repair your car, get your points and get seat time
Both races have cross the finish line bonuses - repair your car and/or finish for guaranteed points

Crossing The Finish Line
When crossing the finish line, crashing your car is not acceptable and will not be tolerated any further.
Driver's are still racing and racing for position, crashing can cause frame hits for people and it is unfair to disrupt their racing.
Pull over off the track and Esc.. or drive back to the pits.. its just common courtesy.
Breaking this rule will result in points loss.
Race Settings:
Tyre Wear - Normal
Fuel Usage - Normal
Damage - 80%
Mechanical Failures - Normal
Driving View - Cockpit only
Flag Rules - Black Only
Driver Aids - Auto Clutch Only
Starts - Standing
CC is Active
Weight Handicaps - May be added if the race admin deems it necessary

It doesn't look like I will get a chance to practice for this one, but I will hopefully be on in time for race 1

Haven't done any actual practice, only 5 laps. Looks like I', nearly 2 seconds off the pace

Enjoyed last night. Been too long since I've raced around my home track (both online and real life, lol) but was quite enjoyable, even though a challenge to nail down perfect laps lap after lap.
I personally thought Round 1's format of qualifying then reverse 8 then reverse grid worked better but thats up to the powers that be
Had a good couple of races racing with Ggav and Jonesy, although Ggav seemed a lot more keen to get through the traffic then I did!
Also found that they don't start doing tyres until they finish fuel - so if you want to save some time in the pits only put in the fuel you need, rather then a full tank, I saved myself around 5 seconds this week, so something to look at if your in a close battle
