Race Night Format:
8:30 - Official Practise
(1st Round only) 8:45 - Open Qualifying - 2 Flying Laps.
8:55 - Drivers Briefing
9:00 - Racing Commences

1st Round Only:
3x 20 Min Races
1st Race will be grids based off Qualifying
2nd Race will be reverse grids off Qualifying
3rd Race will be reverse grid of Race 2 Finishing Result

Rounds 2 onwards:
3x 20 Min Races
1st Race will be reverse of current championship standings (if a new driver to the series joins mid-series, they will start off the back)
2nd Race will be finishing order of Race 1
3rd Race will be reverse grid of Race 2 Finishing result

[15/09] Round 3 - Timaru 'Levels' Raceway

[22/09] Round 4 - Townsville Street Circuit

[29/09] Round 5 - Manfield Reverse Circuit GP

[06/10] Round 6 - Hamilton Street Circuit



All races have a 75% DNF threshold - no points if you don't get to that race percentage.

All races have cross the finish line bonuses.

Crossing The Finish Line:
When crossing the finish line, crashing your car is not acceptable, nor is any TS chat until the last person has finished.
Driver's are still racing, and racing for position, and it is unfair to disrupt their racing.
Pull over off the track and Esc.. or drive back to the pits.

Fuel Usage - X1
Damage - 60%
Mechanical Failures - Normal
Driving View - Open
Flag Rules - Black Only
Driver Aids - Auto Clutch Only
Starts - Standing

Mod Installation:
We recommend a fresh install for our mods. During testing one member had an issue with the original mod - if you have the original HQ Racing Mod please delete the HQ Racing folder from inside the Vehicles folder.
It is a drag and drop installation - Overwrite all when prompted.

The server has the 2014 version of Pukekohe loaded, which is different to the one Matt put in his track pack.

...which explains the awful lap times I was seeing on liveracers. Damn. I thought I was in with a chance!

I think I've succeeded, although my "Name in Sim" seems to be Kerry rather than Kerryland, so the info in the reserved skins thread is WRONG.

Happy to change "Name in Sim" to be kerryland, but I'm not sure how.

...also for some reason I thought we were starting next week. Argh!!!

It should be whatever your name is in rFactor, which seems to be Kerry, so just leave it

Thanks to Matt for tweaking the mod, and running the series. Ripper job.
Also a big thanks to Riven for being our Server Guru, and Inspire for providing us stable servers to race on

And thanks to all the guys who tuened up to race.

The close racing the mod provided was brilliant. Highlight for me was the battle with Matt at Manfield, it was the best racing I've had at KSR, so many lead changes each lap. Wicked close racing I can't remember how many times the lead changed per lap, but it was absolutely epic.

this series was one of the great races i had! thanks all of the guys here who made this happen! looking forward to another wicked series!

Congrats Rifty, you were super fast after the first round :P.

Big thanks to Matt for organizing and running this league, the racing has been exceptionally close. Nice selection of tracks too, a lot of which I hadn't raced on before.
