All races have a 75% DNF threshold - no points if you don't get to that race percentage - repair your car, get your points and get seat time
Both races have cross the finish line bonuses - repair your car and/or finish for guaranteed points

Crossing The Finish Line:

When crossing the finish line, crashing your car is not acceptable and will not be tolerated any further.
Driver's are still racing and racing for position, crashing can cause frame hits for people and it is unfair to disrupt their racing.
Pull over off the track and Esc.. or drive back to the pits.. its just common courtesy.
Breaking this rule will result in points loss.

Race Settings:

Tyre Wear - Normal
Fuel Usage - Normal
Damage - 50%
Flag Rules - Black Only
Driver Aids - Auto Clutch Only
Starts - Standing
Weight Handicaps - May be added if the race admin deems it necessary

Mod Installation

We recommend a fresh install for our mods.
It is a drag and drop installation - Overwrite all when prompted.
Go delete fans_normal_1.wav from GameData\Sounds\Ambient

Improving Performance

Right click on the rfactor icon on your desk top. Select properties, then click on the Shortcut tab.
In the target box add this
+fullproc +highprio
Mine looks like this, but you will have rfactor installed in a different location no doubt.
"D:\Program Files\rFactor\rFactor.exe" +fullproc +highprio

nVidia Users

Some nVidia GFX card users experienced some minor stuttering at sections of some tracks with approx 25+ cars, even though frame rates were fine.
Here is a link to a nVidia fix
Installation: Put the included d3d9.dll in your rFactor root folder

I'd like to place the blame on Mike, but it's totally my fault for not checking the pack before uploading it.
ps. It's actually Mikes fault.

Ah, the ksr.net.nz domain isn't active anymore, so if you tried connecting to that then you wouldn't have been able too. I'll edit the stickied threads to reflect that.

Well Got to TS server, so thats good, need access to room and also Inspire server, keep getting timed out

Could you not change channel? If so, send me your unique TS ID and I'll set your permissions up.

Yep TS works, cant connect to rFactor server, keep getting Timed Out, Firewall, Anti virus seems fine so assume its Modem config, port forwarding or something I dunno, new Netcomm Fibre modem, arrgh, All too Hard, about ready to give up

I was having similar issues a while ago. Ended up turning off my firewall completely and it worked instantly. Could be worth a shot just to eliminate it.
