9:00 - Racing Commences

Schedule: (Subject To Change)

[17/05] Round 4: Autumn Ring

[24/05] Round 5: Barcelona GP (Catalunya)

All races have a 75% DNF threshold - no points if you don't get to that race percentage.

All races have cross the finish line bonuses.

Race rules as per the KSR Race Rule Thread - RULES HERE (Please make sure you have read these)

Crossing The Finish Line:
When crossing the finish line, crashing your car is not acceptable, nor is any TS chat until the last person has finished.
Driver's are still racing, and racing for position, and it is unfair to disrupt their racing.
Pull over off the track and Esc.. or drive back to the pits.

Race Settings: (Subject to change)
Tyre Wear - X1
Fuel Usage - X1
Damage - 40%
Mechanical Failures - Normal
Driving View - Open
Flag Rules - Black Only
Driver Aids - Auto Clutch Only
Starts - Standing

Mod Installation:

We recommend a fresh install for our mods.

You will need to delete any previous versions of the 944 Cup Mod you may have installed.
However, it is always recommended to do a fresh rFLite install for any KSR mods.
It is a self installer - just set the directory to your rFactor folder (EG: C:\Program Files\rFactor )

The liverys should be under the "skin" tab. There's just one car, and then you select the skin for that car. Little bit different from some mods, but arguably tidier.

That doesn't work either. It downloads the file then crashes. I tried it three times.

What browser are you using? I use Chrome and it worked fine for me.

That's really odd :\

I've just tried Firefox at work, no problem. Used Chrome at home, no issue.
Also tried IE, but Mega told me to bugger off an use either Chrome or Firefox.

Edit: I see Opera is also supported. Perhaps try that?

There is plenty of adjustment to go from understeer to oversteer in the setup.

I'm jealous!

I very nearly bought one last year, but was misadvertised as a turbo, then as a 2.5, but was just a base model 2l being priced too highly.

Would that be a 924 then?
Base model 944 is 2.5L. Mine's an 86' 2.5 - currently more body roll than a double decker bus :D

Yes it was a 924, advertised as a 924S with a turbo, then as a 944 with 2.5.

50 laps in, did a 51.008, 80+ laps later, can't better it and get into the 50's ............ ARGH! :ffs:
Mind you, 35+ laps were abourted when I got stuck in the sandtraps of Doom.

It's a fun wee car, but man I just can't get it stable. I'm all over the place like a one armed paper hanger.
