TFN: Tin-Top Tuesday Fun Night

This Tuesday (14th December) we will be hosting a fun night event - using the Touring Car class (TCR). This class includes the already released Audi, and adds in the Honda Civic and the Hyundai Elantra.

Touring Car racing at its peak was arguably the most exciting class of all-time. Classic battles in BTCC through the 80's and 90's, and in WTCC in Europe set the stage for the more recently re-branded TCR series that is starting to become ever-popular across the globe.


Timetable:
[7:35pm] - Session Goes Live (Practise)
[8:15pm] - Drivers Briefing
[8:20pm] - Qualifying
[8:30pm] - Racing Commences

Format:
Cars - Audi RS 3, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic Type R
Track - Oulton Park - International
Qualifying - 10 Minute Open Qualifying
Races - 1x 6 Lap Heat based off Qualifying, 1x 6 Lap Heat with reverse top 8, 1x 10 Lap Feature with reverse top 12
Points - Normal League Points (1st 75, 2nd 74, etc)

Prizes:
1x $10 iRacing Gift Card - The driver with the lowest accumulative incident points across all 3 races *driver must start and finish all 3 races on the lead lap to be eligible*

Rules:
- Standard iRacing Rules
- Local Yellow Flags
- 25x Penalty, 40x DQ
- Kiwi Sim Racing's Racing Rules
- Voice Comm's - Discord is heavily encouraged for all communications during the night - Kiwi Sim Racing Discord Invite Link
- Fixed Setup - We will be using the fixed 'sprint.sto' setup provided with each car

As most know, iRacing is a subscription based racing sim that has a heap of pay to use content. The fortunate thing, is there is also a heap of FREE content available to race with, just from the base subscription.

Liveries:
iRacing has its own in-built livery creator for each car where you can choose from a range of decals and styles, colour combinations, rim colours and number styles, all for free.

On top of this, custom skins are supported via the Trading Paints website & app available Here
