The Battle Commences! Round 1 of the GT4 Battlegrounds takes us to the Land of the Rising Sun and Okayama. The shakedown last week showed some racers with incredible speed and (mostly) good, hard racing between everyone which I hope to see continue into the series proper. Okayama itself is a great circuit, carriring the right momentum without overdriving will be key for racing, almost as important as avoiding the divebombs into the hairpin after the long back straight.
After a series of open wheelers, the GT4's mark a substantial change and it will be interesting to see how the field reacts.
REMINDER: You will need to be part of the "Kiwi Sim Racing" league on the iRacing "Leagues" page. Race sessions will from now on be found in the League section, rather than Hosted Races. If you need any help with this, please message me on here or on Discord Prior to racing - once the session goes live I cannot add anyone in that isn't already registered to the league.

- GT4 - Porsche 718 Caymen, BMW M4, McLaren 570S, Aston Martin Vantage
- Okayama - Full
- 35 Minute Practice
- 1x 15 Minute Qualifying Session
- 3x 15 Minute Heat Races
- 1st Heat Race based off Qual Grid
- 2nd Heat Race reverse top 8 from Heat 1
- 1x 5 Minute Warmup before third heat
- 3rd Heat race reverse top 15 from Heat 2
- Fixed Setup ("Sprint Fixed" iRacing setup - same as run in the Official Falken Challenge GT4 series. )
