CTS rules infringement question?

Can someone give me a few examples on what is classed as a "minor infringement" and what is classed as a "serious infringement"

Serious = Being dinged by Mikool.
Minor = Having your bins wheels fall off.

I think if you deliberatly take someone out or go after them in an attempt to take them out that would be considered serious.
