New Nascar Team - Team Google

Hi all

I am thinking of starting a new team. Team Google. But at the moment I only have one team member (me).

Any of you teamless ppl keen to join?

you need googles permission to use their logo, especially if it is going to be in Prom's Videos

Scrumpy's a small no name brand, Monsters is kind of on the edge, but putting the Worlds largest search engine, a listed share company, and one of the most reconised logos in the World on your car might be treading a tight rope.

Remeber Paramount Pictures sueing High Flyers in Palmerston North for having a similar logo.

It doesn't mean their trademarks and copyrights are any less valid. They just don't have the resources to go round enforcing them. Plus they're probably happy with the free advertising

Thats what I was meaning, a no-name brand would love the free advertising, but google may not

I will leave there little TM on there logo.. if they ever ask me to remove it i will.....

Google have an open policy for Web related display of there name, hence you can put a google search on a website, or there logo in a forum. It's more the use of it in a Game which is in question
