There was some great racing at the start and towards the end last night. It made for the heart rate to go up several beats only wish i could have been in the fight to. It was a bugger my engine desided to blow a gasket and end any change of me to be in the fight O well next week here we come

P:S Great racing by all last night i thought

I agree, I believe it is against ze spirit and the rules to swing up and down blatently blocking (lap after bloody lap, it was only the start of the race and he was a lap down FFS). He caused one ding when he swung down... Happy hit his brakes .. I did the same ... wood tapped me and the cars behind wood went titsup. :ffs:
I will be protesting as he is too experienced to not be aware of what he was doing! ;)
speaking of experienced drivers can you explain what made you put me into the wall on lap 35, i must of had my mic off in vent or im sure you would have heard my screams of terror
I cannot remember doing that, will look at the replay to see what happened D:

(edit) Yep I see what you mean. I swung around that slow car at the last minute and had a bit of an over correction. You didn't slow for them as much as I did and were on my outside as I was still catching it... Apologies.
Why does KSR suck at FPS?

Lets have a 1 point penalty for each of the 7 cars on the far left for being silly sacks :p

Also I think the Duds will end the season like they park: at the end, a long way behind the next car.

I think you drove an excellent race Happy. Marred only by impatience that meant you tried passing rather than holding back for the car in front to let you past. remember, the onus is entirely on the passing car.

With a tad more luck and a bit more experience you might beat your brother one day. Heres hoping eh?
Famin have you seen the replay yet.
If i were you i would watch it! O_o

Apologies to all affected by my violent pit exit that caused dramas, controller went berserk outta pit and I was a passenger until the car bounced of some stationery and moving targets, the concrete wall and passing cars like Ron, I think.

Back on the grass, the car revved its knackers off, couldn't control it to limp round to pits, so towed it and tabbed out to check controller connection/calibration etc. I maybe coulda controlled the thing, but was concerned I'd fry the engine or worse loose it again and play cup pinball somemore.

Safest course was tow the blighter and go and punch some pit crew around

Very uncool, no MOMO probs for ages of any significance and then it up and goes POSTAL on me.

Was not happy campers after I'd worked hard to drag my butt up from 33 to somewhere about 18 at the time.... :(

Gonna reinstall and test tonite, inluding bug search, frag etc etc...

Is that all the pictures you can come up with Mr Wood? You need to watch some more of that drivers replay and see what else appears interesting......

Perhaps, but I think those two Images summise the situation clearly and efficiantly, secondly there is no other side to the story, no part of that can be deflected or explained away.

You DuD twins need a kick up the ass anyway, how can you let a lapped car slot in between you and the leader? Tut tut, lift that saggy game of yours ;p

Thnx for the support Wood.

But I have no problems with that particular incident. Im certain Bazzil didnt deliberately tap me. He's a pretty fair fast racer. _b

I just try to always hold my line (like the rule says) but sometimes you do move off line or drift up or down.

As I seem to be the butt of posts from that race, in my own defence has anyone seen or would wish to comment on my actions in the last few laps when mixed up with 8th 9th and 10th ?

or comment on fastest lap of the race?

Famin, I'm not comfortable with public debate of drivers actions here, I for one would be happier if it were me to have either the commitee or a specified group of the experts to consult and analye events and provide guidance, in my own siutation I have the luxury of very good teamates I can call on for help.

I'm not saying there is anything wrong with your team only talking of my own situation here.

Can I suggest that other than the Protest system we think about an advisory group for closed and objective discussion of driver incidents, techniques etc, public debate while healthy can get sidetracked and too personal.

The only comment I will make on your race is that it appears to be the opposite of mine ie: bad first half and good second half.

Just my two objective cents worth.
