Thems fighting words dud boy.....might be time for a Bristol Ding up race though...has been awhile since we had a demo derby race to get all that aggression outInspector wrote:Actually Jetboy did make a good point. How about all the 4 man teams that normally abuse each other get together and we will run all those independents off the track.
In fact let's start with that Jetgirl felleress, 10 bonus points to the first person who takes him out. Her car is not hard to miss, it looks like someone chundered all over it and the driver dresses in drag to race......

Just a spot of warning for tonights race. It's very difficult to hold the low line through the corner while trying to go as fast as you can, there will be people spinning out while trying to pass drivers by keeping a tight line around the corners.
Best be being careful, she's going to be a difficult one.

As the DUD said, Keep your sh*t together and for the love of Pete (?), Back off if theres a ding up ahead, but dont drop the throttle in the middle of either corner sets or youll be a spinnin.
Also practise your pit stops!!!
If there is no one behind, you can drop into the chute during the turn 4, but with traffic, your best bet is to drop in before turn 3 and drop down to 120MPH.

A race that started bad and got worse....
Skuzz spun right infront of me in the first turn, I jinked high right into the path of Redvaliant (i think). 30 seconds down by the end of lap 1.
Got up to about 20th then ripped myself with a stop go penalty.
At least I didnt pop the mill like Happy, maybe he should stop using his honda f1 engine.

Brake on the straight before it's too late.

Good race. One bad choice about which way to go round a ding (yes I slowed a lot ) the whole race and still 30s behind the 2 lead cars. Damn good run guys, congrats Bazz
Overall it appeared VERY clean given the large field and a trickey track given how easy it is to spin yourself.

Cop: Are you OK?
Randolph: I don't know. I'm kinda ****ed up in general, so it's hard to gauge.

Yes Wood, I hit u as u slowed and jinked on the opening lap. One of those things I reckon. Typhoon, no foul when we contacted - I spun, we both wanted the same bit of road. Could not get a rhythm at this track at all: good on new tyres - hopeless on worn ones. It is a totally different track if you even begin to understeer...it's never the same again. Onward to next week.

Sorry Jay, Turn 3? snake came onto the track slowly as I went underneath you and I had to go higher, worn tires didn't help

Sorry Red, I saw it as being completely MY fault. I started to get understeer and didn't back off fast enough. I am more than happy to give up 25 points if you want to protest. Hell, I feel like protesting against myself.RedValiant wrote:Yes Wood, I hit u as u slowed and jinked on the opening lap. One of those things I reckon. Dunno what happened to snake when he hit the grass, winner out of that was mikey as i was setting him for a pass the next lap.
hmmm looking at the replay, i didnt get loose after all, i didnt straighten the wheel for some reason coming out of the corner, think i was looking at the f2 screen at the time.
Penelty for me please
