Bathurst "Enduro" 14th August 2005

Round Format:

Practise = 30 minutes
Qualify = 1x
Laps = 25% Race Distance >> Bathurst @25% = 40 laps
Pitstops = 2x
Setups = FIXED (see below ***TBA)
Points = No points just Final finishing postions

Server will open at 8.30pm
IP = 218.101.50.243
Password = DAZA (all in caps)
Ventrilo = Inspire.net.nz >Nascar "OWR Series" room

Make sure you have downloaded and installed the Bathurst V2 track

SETUPS..... I will be using the default "fast" setup but will be "tweaking" thru the practise night, if Im able to produce a better setup I will post here for all to try.
If you have a good setup for this track please attach here for "testing".

***TBA ....The best setup will be used as the fixed setup for the round

Lol I download the Bathurst v2.0 track extract into tracks folder and cannot see it in NR2003, do I have to name the folder something else other than the folder name prescribed by the zip file, there is no readme with instructions

Usually one of two things
1. The folder was zipped with the main folder inside it (e.g. tracks/bathurst/bathurst) mine is called bathurst_V2.0
2. You have reached the maximum tracks allowed, delete the ones you don't use.

Tried my hhhh setup needs tweaking for gear ratios a bit but four laps in doing 1.56's so goodo.

It’s basically Daza's setup with a revised gearing and harder springs

Yes four cars wasn't much fun, good onya Inspector having a crack, takes so getting use to, gotta pretend its Colin McRae and you get the idea soon enough. Once you learn to bank on the grip your away laughing

Had Daza where I wanted him, ie behind me then flipped it for the first time ever at bottom of Conrod, Marty had a horror and tied round the entire state, I tried to hard to close the gap and spun into a wall...LOL

U guys wouldnt pit so i kept going till even the red disappeared to leave blank front tyres lol and an 8 minute tow and that was only lap 8 or 9
