Rfaccy computer/help

My computer got a virus about 3 months ago and ive been using my laptop..

the virus got rid of everything on the computer and so i need it fixed ready to use..

I want Vista installed on it and internet and rfactor as thats all it use for gaming and going on internet.How much would this set me back??? is it a small job or biggy would love for it to be done before new mod comes out
