Awesome work guys - 1st in class in a 24hr event is a real achievement - as someone above said, "those men deserve a DB", but probably after a decent sleep!!! :D _b _b _b

After successfully setting Europe on fire in the 24 hours race, the KiwiSimRace team returned home with class honours. Stunning performance, many congratulations from all the leagues who had participating teams. Incredible performance and to think I thought you might have to use the chaparel until hours before the race.

Haha it was a nervous time alright....
Thanks to your efforts it all went well :)

I hope you can come and join us for a league over here some time. We might have to run one on a sunday evening so you can make it to the races. Do you think many of your guys would race on a Sunday morning GMT?

Sunday mornings is probably a distinct possibility for Europeans. Not for Americans. On the other hand You have to remember that that ping appears to be x+350 for a server at that distance though. I think we would be attracted joining a special race like a Bathurst race or other one-offs. Especially if you can get a big grid of Australasians, because there are very few people from your side of the world in the leagues I race in. Anything being planned at the moment?

Of course as reigning champions I hope you will be able to race in the next L2R race, hopefully not for a good while. You couldnt have a 24 hr race every weekend.

I don't think we've got any special one-offs coming up in the next couple of months, as we just did a Bathurst enduro a little while ago.
But I'll fire you a PM here when anything comes up.
I'm sure we'll have a team together for the next L2R enduro....wouldn't miss it for the world :)

Well done guys.
We (KSR) should look at entering teams in more big one of events.
For example the Bullrun 1000 2009 is taking signups now. I see some of the fastest sim racers in the world are already signed up. It would be a good test of KSR skills.

full credit guys this is an epic thing to do ...
ive done a 5 hour enduro around laguna in the v8 super cars by myself and i have to say it was a bloody hard thing to do by yourself just even to keep concerntration for 2 of the 4 was hard enough ..

id love to know more and get involved in this with you guys .. im not the fastest guy on the track but i can keep it on all 4 and constant speed ....
