Dont think there will be a NZ wild card,we just arnt at top elite level,we dont even have a top premier rider either so its possible it will be a aussie wild card or the current u21 world champion which is a polish rider, but it will be good for our sport for more interest for sure.Dary Ward will be a kid to watch though as hes only 18 and is very talented on a bike, lets hope it comes here for atleast 3 years, ive booked my flights aready and am hoping to get a pit pass from someone i know.Meet Andreas Jonsson at the sydney grand prix back in 2001 and he gave me his race suit so hoping to get another one again :larf:

Darcy Ward has declined being in the sgp 2012,real bummer but the reason is, in the polish league he rides they can only have 1 gp rider and thats his main income so he will lose his spot in the league.
Cost alot of $$$$$ to ride in the gp's and your only making money if ya make it in the top 4
