I use one of these on my backup DSL link
http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p ... odemRouter

Gets good speeds and I haven't needed to reboot it in over 11 months (from when it was installed)
No WiFi though, but I do that seperately

Thanks Riven
It's look simple and solid. I don't mind no Wifi since I will be using my old TP-Link for Wifi. But I do need a few more Ethernet port....

Thx

Visit GPForums. This sub forum: http://www.gpforums.co.nz/forum/Network ... 8ff5284a2d

IIRC when we replaced our router / modem last year, TP Link seemed to be best performance / $ tradeoff.

If you need more ports get a switch. Routers are not made to switch, and their performance shows that especially at gig speeds.
