i have a .eps file i cannot open what program do i need ?

Anything that will read 'encapsulated post script' such as photoshop.

i had to zip it as eps extension not allowed lol

Image dimensions of 6533 by 6416 for a file size of 160mb.

Resized to 1024 and saved as a jpg only.
