Has anyone install SP3 yet? If so have you found any issues with it?

Re: Windows XP - Service Pack 3
I did a fresh install of windows xp today to try this. using the full download, not the update via the updates page.
you must install at least sp1 or 2 before installing sp3.
I did this then installed sp3 then tried to install my drivers for motherboard, the Gigabyte GA-EX38-DQ6. XP would not install the HD audio driver correctly and sound refused to function, even trying to uninstall and reinstall wouldnt work, it wouldnt allow to uninstall.
I then started over, installing all drivers after applying SP2, then installed SP3. So far so good, but its early days yet.
Edit: 24 hours later, having played Race07 last night and a bit of rFactor replays, I can attest that there has been no issues what-so-ever

Have read SP3 can kill OEM AMD machines!!!
Something about the way HP installs the OS the same on their intel and AMD systems.
Make sure you do a regedit first if you have one of these, have read you can't even boot in safe mode!!!
tomshardware.com has the bad news.

there is another good reason to stick with a Core 2 Duo or Quad.

Since I've installed it, I've noticed nothing really, things may seem a little faster, but nothing, else. When Microsoft started talking about it, it was supposed to bring it more to a Vista platform, but there isn't anything there. So after doing a bit of reading on the net, all it seems to do is install all updates since SP2.
I also haven't had any crashes, etc, so it seems find to install.
