i just seen afew copys of the cd in the Warehouse is it worth buying for $50.00?

Its $19.95US directly from Steam ~$25-$30NZ

If you buy it on cd, you will likely still need about 500mb of updates before you can play.

You can copy the files from a friend, if you don't want to download then.
