Is it more of a sim or a arcadey type game?

I've played it one the Xbox 360, it's alright but definitely an arcade racer and there's plenty of better arcade racers around.

Yea Shift is looking pretty good alright and although they keep saying that it's aimed at the Sim genre of racing I still think it looks like it will be an arcade style game just like the rest of the NFS series, not that it bothers me.

Colin McRae Dirt 2 is looking pretty impressive as well, I've downloaded and had a play with the demo on the 360 and it's a lot of fun so will definitely be on my to buy list, although again it's an arcade racer not a sim.

I dont mind the odd arcade racer as long as its a solid game, enjoyed the original Dirt so will no doubt get #2, and Shift is being developed by the guys that made GTR2, so it has to be at least a little Simish (if thats even a word)
