I got a PS3... Didn't even bother about setting up an Online account though

Luckily I hadn't put my CC Details etc on my PSN

i think i only got my dob on there lol atleast they know my birthday and they can give me lots of credit lol

Q i dont use my cc card on there but does this still apply for that playstation card thingy that you get at gaming stores? like $30-$50 ones

Possibly. I presume that any credit you have on your account they could potentially use.

Latest update is that your credit card details are secure, but not your personal details.

So while you can stop dreading odd transactions on your credit card, there is still a gaping hole left for identity theft to be instigated...
