Hi all!
I'm diving into the world of racing games, and I've heard a lot about the Forza Horizon series. I'm wondering if it's a good pick for beginners like myself. Does the game provide a smooth learning curve, or is it more geared towards experienced players?
Also, I've heard that Forza Horizon might have some RPG elements. Is that true? If so, how does it enhance the overall gaming experience? I'm intrigued by the idea of more than just racing—what kind of depth do the RPG elements add to the gameplay?
Any tips for a newcomer to the series would be greatly appreciated too!

Forza Horizon is more of your casual arcade racer like Need For Speed and such.
Yes there is progression and car unlocks etc, however they are all fairly easy to achieve.
Forza Motorsport 8 (renamed to just Forza Motorsports) is more focussed on the racing and realism side of things. It still features the progression and unlocks system in Horizon but aren't as easy which makes you work more to progress.
Both are free on PC gamepass which I believe is $15/month
