Due to the massive demand causing congestion practically everywhere else on the net, both patches (full and partial) are available locally at http://files.inspire.net.nz. :)

WoW Update 1.10.2 to 1.11.0 (151MB)

WoW Full Patch v1.11.0 (454MB)
