All this debate is ridiculous, plain and simple there is no need for 3 forums and it has reduced the effectiveness of the community by splitting up the efforts and input of good, motivated and loyal people. Since the move from GP Forums members of both KiwiSim and SimCentral (the original) have worked reasonably well together and have always had a vision for one community pooling their efforts and resources for the good of the NZ Sim community. Certain members of this community put a lot of effort and influence in their place of employment to take the final step to achieving this goal but instead it all fell over due to greed and misplaced loyalty.

You can argue the good and bad parts of each individual forum as much as you like but nothing will change for the better until we all work together as fellow gamers and there is no ownership nor personal gain clouding the direction we take.


I am an avid supporter of VR Concepts and Inspire Net, our two main sponsors and that has not changed but I am at a loss as to why the same people who stood up and said enough when these issues arose at GPForums are willing to let the same thing happen here and then come and throw our lack of involvement in our face when we don't support the very thing that bought about SimCentral in the first place.
