Did you buy that? Where from? Having that there is a bloody awesome idea! I spotted one a few season's back but it's always been to late to take our's off and go get it altered at an alloy surgeon's.

Its the end of the season pretty much so you can get yours altered soon ;) We put one in our car and we had to get it made.

Looking good Clive, cant wait to see it race down these ways (Rotorua) :D

An engineer mate of mine welded the fitting on for me. about $20 for the cap and fitting that can be bought from radiator repairers :)

Yep will be there this weekend as usual lol.

Since the last update we have fitted the radiator etc, and nearly finished the new bonnet. Also the new dash has been folded up and is awaiting gauges.
To do:
Driveshaft
New seat
Mount seat
Make belt mounts
Mount pedals and master cylinders
Brake lines
Rear brake caliper
Wire
Plumb

Had to make the odd change or I may have been in deep water over a Phipps Motorsport copywright :B
Tried to make it similar to a gordge bonnet, didnt really turn out as planned but I'm still happy with the look of it :)

Bonnet is painted - still need to make the mounts and some polished aluminium surrounds for the mount holes (which will hopefully break up the black a bit).
