1504 Stairs actually really hurts lol.

Bit random guys but i ran up the Sydney tower today in the annual "Sydney tower run up"
Hadn't done any stair training for it which was an epic error.
I did it in 15min 16seconds and my boss did it in 14min 6seconds.
The record for the day was by a "pro stair runner" from Germany. Did it in 7min 04 seconds lol, nut job.

Was absolute torture but i cant wait until next year! I got to the top and my lungs/throat were on fire. I thought i was going to pass out and or spew all over the show.

They do it with the Sky Tower in Aucklands too. The fire department even do a annual run whilst being fully kitted up.
