Re: Not good
I wish him a speedy recovery but TBH he once was a master of Mt Panorama but of lately he's not even been a major threat.
But as you say Rocket mate......the word retirement springs to mind in the not too far distance.

Re: Not good
I have the same problem as Murph (Bulged disk causing Sciatica), so I know what he is enduring at the moment. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. I hope he recovers quickly enough to keep flying the NZ flag.

Re: Not good
The strangley impressive thing is that lap was done in what would be considered an "old" car.
Even with all the new engine, suspension and braking technology along with the sequential gearboxes i thought this lap surely would have been surpassed.
Hopefully not just a speedy recovery for murph but a full recovery.

Just look at that car sitting on the track, he can turn it in perfectly. The setup is inch scratch that millimeter perfect! Not to mention the pilot himself, gear changes perfect, line perfect. Track condition's perfect.
I cant wait for Bathurst, I'd be turned on if someone came out with an old school gearbox!
