Miners dead

Post by Corrin24g » Wed Nov 24, 2010 5:04 pm

It's been confirmed the 29 miners in Greymouth are dead and that there was a second explosion today at 2:37pm?

Very sad news

Said that there was no chance that anyone survived the second blast.

Is very sad news. :(

Even though it is sad that they lost their life, its gotta be said, its just as well the rescue team etc knew what they were doing and didn't go earlier, it could well have ended up with a even longer list of casualties. People need to trust professionals know what they are doing especially in situations like this.

RIP

Chur boys. Really feel for all the families. Flags are all at half mast today over here. Drive today with my headlights on. On the morning show today on the radio a guy rang up and requested that everyone turn there lights on. I was in traffic. Was quite moving how many headlights turned on. Really sad.
RIP boys. You won't be forgotten.
